L'Hotel Majestic di Riscone ha superato ogni aspettativa. Tutto è stato eccezionale, dal cibo all'area benessere, fino al servizio in generale. Vorrei sottolineare in particolare il nostro cameriere, Salvatore, che è stato eccezionale: sempre sorridente, ci ha offerto vini e caffè eccellenti e ha persino spolverato generosamente i nostri antipasti con il Parmigiano Reggiano. La sua personalità calorosa ci ha sempre risollevato il morale. È una persona che qualsiasi ristorante sarebbe fortunato ad avere e che ogni ospite sarebbe felice di servire. Torneremo sicuramente; l'unica condizione è mantenersi in salute.

Il nostro soggiorno all'Hotel Majestic è stato semplicemente meraviglioso. Fin dal nostro arrivo, abbiamo percepito calore e ospitalità, e siamo stati subito accolti con un'accoglienza e un'attenzione eccezionali.
La nostra camera era arredata in stile tradizionale e molto accogliente: il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in montagna.
Il cibo era sensazionale; ogni piatto era una delizia, dagli antipasti al dessert. Si vedeva che gli chef cucinano con passione!
Anche l'area benessere è stata un punto forte. La sauna è stata particolarmente spettacolare: un'esperienza davvero unica! Non vediamo l'ora che inizino i lavori di ristrutturazione l'anno prossimo.
Nel complesso, un hotel che non lascia nulla a desiderare. Torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo vivamente!

Un'atmosfera meravigliosa, camere spaziose ed elegantemente arredate e un cibo delizioso e di prima classe hanno reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile. Il personale cordiale, attento e dedicato ha fatto sì che ci sentissimo i benvenuti fin dal primo momento. Siamo rimasti particolarmente colpiti dall'area sauna naturista con il suo laghetto naturale, un'oasi di relax in mezzo alla natura.

Il servizio personalizzato e la cordialità del personale sono straordinari. Il cibo merita elogi sotto ogni aspetto. Che si tratti di colazione, caffè o cena, è sempre perfetto.
Il punto di partenza perfetto per lo shopping, le escursioni o il dolce far niente.
I prezzi sono ottimi quanto l'atmosfera. Se non si utilizza l'area benessere, il pernottamento è troppo costoso.

Sono stata in questo hotel con mia nipote per un fine settimana. Un'esperienza indimenticabile. Cercavamo una coccola e l'abbiamo trovata. Camere superbe, balcone con vista . Professionalità e gentilezza del personale indiscutibile, ristorante superbo. Unica nota che mi permetto, l'acqua della piscina mi sarebbe piaciuta un po' piu' calda. Un'esperienza che mi auguro di ripetere presto.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare presso l’Hotel Majestic e non posso che definirlo semplicemente perfetto in ogni aspetto. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti da uno staff straordinariamente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza con un sorriso e una professionalità impeccabile.
L’attenzione al dettaglio è ciò che rende questo hotel davvero unico: dalle camere curate in ogni particolare, eleganti e confortevoli, agli spazi comuni raffinati e accoglienti, tutto trasmette un’atmosfera di armonia e benessere.
La spa è un vero gioiello: ambienti rilassanti, pulizia impeccabile e trattamenti rigeneranti che trasformano il soggiorno in un’esperienza indimenticabile. A questo si aggiunge il piano settimanale di attività, ricco e vario, che permette di vivere il territorio e l’hotel in modo completo, tra relax, escursioni e momenti di puro piacere.
Ogni dettaglio è pensato per far sentire l’ospite coccolato e al centro dell’attenzione. È raro trovare una struttura che sappia unire così bene eleganza, comfort e calore umano.

Abbiamo trascorso il nostro primo lungo weekend al Majestic e siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti! Il cibo era particolarmente eccezionale, soprattutto il buffet di pesce del venerdì, che integrava il buffet di insalate. Le camere erano enormi, l'area benessere era bellissima e tutto era molto curato. Il personale era estremamente cordiale e attento. Vorrei ringraziare in particolare Ronny (la signora Rastner, membro della famiglia proprietaria). I suoi consigli per le escursioni e i suggerimenti per le attività future valevano il loro peso in oro! Consiglio vivamente l'hotel!

Abbiamo soggiornato al Majestic per 7 giorni a settembre 2025. Gli aspetti positivi sono stati:
1. Innanzitutto, il servizio al ristorante. Veli era sempre presente e di buon umore.
2. La nostra camera era spaziosa e aveva una splendida vista sul Plan de Corones.
3. L'area benessere è sufficientemente ampia.
4. Sia il buffet della colazione che quello degli antipasti serali erano molto abbondanti.
I principali aspetti negativi sono stati:
1. L'hotel mostra chiaramente la sua età.
2. Al ristorante, i tavoli vicini, una volta sparecchiati, venivano immediatamente riallestiti con la colazione. Questo crea l'impressione che l'ora di cena sia già passata.
3. Abbiamo ricevuto un reclamo per la scarsa pulizia delle nostre camere, la mancanza di asciugamani e la scomparsa della nostra seconda chiave magnetica. Questo reclamo non è stato adeguatamente affrontato dalla reception. La camera non è migliorata nei giorni successivi.
4. Arrivando al buffet un po' più tardi, la scelta era piuttosto limitata e non veniva sempre rifornito. Probabilmente sarebbe meglio non arrivare troppo tardi per colazione o cena.
In definitiva, a mio parere, l'hotel non è all'altezza delle aspettative e del prezzo.

Durante il mio soggiorno all’Hotel Majestic Brunico ho vissuto un’esperienza davvero indimenticabile. Fin dall’arrivo sono rimasto colpito dalla cortesia e professionalità del personale, sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta con un sorriso (e con una particolare menzione per lo staff di sala).
La camera era spaziosa, luminosa e arredata con gusto, con tutti i comfort che ci si aspetta da una struttura di alto livello: letti comodi, bagno elegante, dettagli curati. La pulizia era impeccabile in ogni angolo.
Ma ciò che ha davvero reso speciale il soggiorno è stata l’area benessere: la spa è ampia, ben attrezzata e rilassante, con piscine interne ed esterne che offrono momenti di puro relax immersi nel verde. La zona relax, le saune e i trattamenti completano l’offerta con classe e professionalità.
Il ristorante merita una lode a parte: la cucina è curata, con piatti che uniscono tradizione e creatività, ingredienti di qualità e presentazione curata. Colazione e cena sono state all’altezza delle migliori aspettative, con un buffet vario e proposte gustose.
La posizione dell’hotel è un altro punto di forza: leggermente decentrata rispetto al centro, ma in zona tranquilla e panoramica, con bella vista sulle montagne e sul Plan de Corones. Ottimi collegamenti e facilità nei trasferimenti rendono comodi gli spostamenti.
In conclusione, l’Hotel Majestic Brunico rappresenta una scelta eccellente per chi desidera un soggiorno all’insegna del relax, del benessere e del buon gusto. Non vedo l’ora di tornarci!

C'è un'elegante sauna esterna e un rinfrescante laghetto naturale, entrambi perfetti per rilassarsi. Il cibo era eccellente ogni giorno, sia in termini di selezione che di gusto.
Le camere sono molto spaziose. C'è una vista fantastica sul Plan de Corones, che è praticamente proprio fuori dalla porta. Tutto era perfettamente organizzato, dal drink di benvenuto al regalo di addio. Ci si sente sempre ospiti preziosi. Ci piacerebbe tornare e non vediamo l'ora di vedere i lavori di ristrutturazione!

Esperienza unica in un posto unico .
La bellezza delle Dolomiti addolcita da un personale cordiale e del tutto amorevole che vi fa sentire a casa ancor prima aver varcato la porta della reception.
Nonostante dopo 4/5 ore di viaggio ci hanno saputo regalare un sogno .
Pulizia impeccabile ovunque, fuori e dentro .
Un posto nuovo per noi ma che sicuramente rifaremo e soprattutto sponsorizzeremo perché merita .

Ho frequentato per tantissimi anni una struttura a 5 stelle vicina al Majestic, ed ero preoccupata di non essere altrettanto soddisfatta. Devo ammettere che questi albergo mi ha stupita e non mi ha fatto rimpiangere la struttura prevede.

Abbiamo deciso di trascorrere qualche giorno di vacanza in questo hotel, dove eravamo già stati 2 anni fa. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno indimenticabile al Das Majestic Hotel di Brunico, senza dubbio una delle migliori esperienze alberghiere che abbiamo mai avuto. L'hotel in sé è splendido, con servizi incredibili che vanno oltre le aspettative. Dal momento in cui siamo arrivati, tutto è stato perfetto.
Ma il momento clou del nostro soggiorno? IL CIBO.
Il buffet è semplicemente fuori dal mondo, migliore di qualsiasi altro hotel che abbiamo mai visitato. Non solo la selezione è incredibile, ma anche la qualità è eccezionale. E cosa lo rende ancora migliore? Il team non dice mai di no! Sempre felice di offrire di più, soddisfare ogni richiesta e fare il possibile per assicurarsi che siate pienamente soddisfatti. È come avere il vostro banchetto privato ogni giorno!
Il servizio è davvero di livello superiore.
Una menzione speciale va a Vesna, che ci ha offerto il miglior servizio che abbiamo mai ricevuto. La sua gentilezza, disponibilità e la sua voglia di fare il possibile sono state indimenticabili. Ha reso il nostro soggiorno davvero speciale.
Un grande ringraziamento anche a Giulia: sempre sorridente, calorosa e accogliente, ha reso ogni interazione una gioia.
Jack, lo chef dal vivo, è stato una star! Sempre presente a cucinare piatti freschi sul momento, senza mai fermarsi, sempre sorridente, sempre positivo: non vedevamo l'ora di rivederlo ogni giorno.
E ultimo ma non meno importante, Elmar, l'adorabile receptionist che ci ha dato fantastici consigli su percorsi escursionistici e suggerimenti locali. La sua competenza e la sua cordialità hanno reso la pianificazione delle nostre giornate un gioco da ragazzi.
La nostra camera era spaziosa, molto confortevole e super pulita: il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di esplorazione.
Consigliamo vivamente il Das Majestic a chiunque cerchi un'esperienza lussuosa e calorosa in montagna. Torneremo sicuramente. Grazie a tutto il team per aver reso il nostro soggiorno così speciale!

Sono 15 anni che vengo al Majestic in estate..credo che basti questo per dire quanto si sta bene. Ogni anno si migliora sempre di più sia in termini di servizi offerti, camere, cucina, e l'attenzione verso gli ospiti in generale.

Ho soggiornato nuovamente in questo splendido 4 stelle superior e non posso che definirlo un’esperienza impeccabile sotto ogni aspetto.
L’attenzione ai dettagli è stata sorprendente: ambienti curatissimi, nessun particolare lasciato al caso e una pulizia davvero impeccabile. Lo staff merita una menzione speciale per la disponibilità, la professionalità e soprattutto la rapidità con cui ha risposto a ogni richiesta. Sempre sorridenti e pronti ad aiutare, hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole.
Nulla è stato fuori posto e tutto ha trasmesso un senso di ordine ed armonia. La sensazione era di trovarsi in un luogo dove l’ospite viene davvero messo al centro. Non vediamo l'ora di tornarci!

Luogo molto curato e rilassante. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. L'accoglienza è stata molto buona, la camera comoda, silenziosa e con vista montagna ci ha permesso di essere rilassati. La cucina è varia e di qualità alta. I collegamenti sono molto validi in special modo grazie alla card fornita dall'hotel per gli spostamenti gratuiti. Un soggiorno davvero al top!!!

Ho soggiornato 3 giorni in questa struttura, la mia esperienza e' stata bellissima, la struttura e incantevole e' posizionata in un punto strategico ed e' attrezzata di ogni confort , il personale tutti molto cordiali e professionali , ottima colazione con una vasta scelta e ottima cena curata in ogni dettaglio , dopo lunghe escursioni un piacere rigenerarsi nella piscina sia all'interno che all'esteno , e nell'area spa con ottime saune . Vorremmo ringraziare tutto il personale, in particolare Jack, che ci ha accolto ogni mattina con una colazione eccezionale e varia – la migliore tra tutti gli hotel in cui siamo stati.

Ho soggiornato al Majestic per la mia vacanza. Valore aggiunto quest'anno Ester alla Spa. É una ragazza deliziosa, professionale e anche bella. Mi ha consigliato un nuovo trattamento di riallineamento della colonna vertebrale. Io ho dolori cronici e quando sono arrivata avevo anche una tallonite e dolori dappertutto. Faccio al bisogno fisioterapia e massoterapia, ma il problema persiste soprattutto nella parte lombare. Dopo aver fatto un bellissimo massaggio rilassante con Ester ed aver sentito la sua mano (non mi accontento facilmente) ho prenotato il riallineamento della colonna. Il trattamento dura 75' e le manovre sono tante e complesse. Ester ha eseguito tutto con grande esperienza e conoscenza del corpo. Ti viene dato poi un foglio con le indicazioni del post trattamento. Il giorno seguente avevo ancora dolori ma dopo 2 gg. mi sono alzata dal letto senza limitazioni e non avevo piu alcun dolore. Sono passati diversi giorni dal mio trattamento, sono anche rientrata nella mia città e ancora continuo a stare bene, senza alcun dolore. Non mi sembra vero! Tra l'altro basta un trattamento, anche se Ester ti segue nei giorni successivi e all occorrenza ripete solo alcune manovre. Non posso che consigliare questo trattamento ma soprattutto le mani esperte di Ester perchè è poco conosciuto e non si trovano persone che lo eseguono. Io ho avuto la fortuna di trovarla. Complimenti Ester! Ti ringrazio di cuore insieme a tutto lo staff del Majestic.

Abbiamo soggiornato di recente in questo hotel e, complessivamente, l’esperienza è stata piuttosto piacevole. Assegniamo un 4 su 5 alla location: il posto era davvero carino, anche se c’è ancora qualcosina da migliorare. Le stanze meritano un bel 5 su 5: davvero confortevoli e ben curate. La spa invece ha preso un 3 su 5, un po’ sotto le aspettative, ma comunque piacevole. Per quanto riguarda l’assistenza ricevuta durante i pranzi, un ottimo 5 su 5: personale attento e premuroso. Invece, sulla qualità del cibo diamo un 3 su 5, c’è un po’ di margine di miglioramento.

Das Majestic hotel di livello alto. Colazione forse la migliore che abbia provato, cena top con un buffet ricchissimo, il venerdì un crudo di pesce di ottimo livello oltre a cozze e frittura. Questo oltre al menu servito al tavolo, naturalmente! Spaziose le camere ero nella Alpienne Royale, con sanitari divisi dal bagno che aveva vasca e doccia enorme e un lavandino.
Ho apprezzato la sauna nella zona "nature". Consiglio l' esperienza della gettata di vapore con bagno nel laghetto naturale, dove lo trovi altrove?? E idromassaggio al seguito. Ampio giardino con comodini lettini per il sole.
Per me leggermente freschini solo gli idro nella piscina interna ed esterna.
Tra le attività ho fatto yoga che ho molto apprezzato.
Diamo sempre per scontata la gentilezza, che rimarchiamo solo quando manca, qui ne ho trovata tanta. Grazie e arrivederci !

E’ da tanti anni che torniamo al Majestic, ed ogni volta riesce a sorprenderci per la qualità del servizio offerto.
Ambiente raffinato e di charme, camere spaziose e silenziose, pulizia accurata, cucina prelibata che coniuga la tradizione con le nuove frontiere enogastronomiche.
E’ come un ritorno a casa, consapevoli di poter trovare sia la tranquillità, sia le migliori proposte per il relax, personale benessere e, nel caso, possibilità di escursioni e attività sportive. E’ un piacere constatare come le nuove generazioni della Famiglia Feichter-Rastner abbiano saputo prendere in mano il testimone e proseguire nel migliorare continuamente la struttura ed il servizio offerto.
Appena tornati a casa… ci sarebbe già il desiderio di ripartire.

Io e mia moglie ci siamo regalati una settimana in questo posto da sogno... siamo andati a "colpo sicuro" perché consigliati da un nostro famigliare e nonostante le grandi aspettative una volta raggiunto il Majestic siamo riusciti ad essere ancora più sorpresi!
Già dall'email di conferma della prenotazione di capisce la cura nei dettagli e la totale attenzione e dedizione al cliente.
Abbiamo sognato già nelle settimane precedenti il soggiorno e poi abbiamo avuto la fortuna di vivere il sogno tutti i giorni!
La camera era semplicemente fantastica, un bagno perfetto nelle dimensioni e nella disposizione, mille i piccoli dettagli tutti perfetti (e sono uno che guarda molto i dettagli)
Tutti gli ambienti del resort sono ben organizzati, pensati e creati a misura di ospite.
Una menzione speciale per lo staff di sala,cucina e bar...i menù e i buffet pensati dallo Chef Hannes Baumgartner e serviti con cura da tutto il personale sono semplicemente sorprendenti per apparente semplicità ma con un sapore pieno e "naturale".
Ma la caratteristica principale di questi giorni trascorsi a Riscone sono stati la bellissima sensazione di essere "in famiglia"..la gestione famigliare che attraversa tre generazioni si respira ovunque,ma non è un aria "opprimente" anzi è coinvolgente e ci ha fatto sentire veramente a casa. Tutto lo Staff senza nessuna eccezione è molto preparato, accogliente e dedito a fare passare a noi ospiti dei momenti indimenticabili.
Grazie famiglia Feichter-Rastner per averci fatto conoscere il vostro gioiello, avete raggiunto lo scopo di essere diventati un "nostro" nuovo posto del cuore...

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel di nuovo dopo 6 anni da una nostra prima esperienza che era stata eccellente! Ci hanno accolti per la nostra prima vacanza in 3 con un bimbo di 8 mesi! Che dire? Semplicemente GRAZIE! E' stato tutto perfetto come nei nostri sogni. Dalla camera ai servizi, dalla piscina alla SPA, dal ristorante al bar passando anche per la reception pronta ad esaudire ogni nostra richiesta! Hanno una pensione 3/4 eccellente e buonissima per tutti i gusti e tutti i palati, hanno esaudito ogni nostra richiesta anche per il palato del nostro piccolo bimbo. Tutto lo staff è eccellente, con una cordialità e una professionalità impeccabile che ti fa sentire come a casa.
Sarà una nostra scelta per tantissime altre volte e saremmo i loro primi promotori quando ci chiederanno dove dormire in zona Riscone e dintorni.

Un hotel bellissimo e ben curato, con un servizio eccezionalmente cordiale, professionale ma non pretenzioso, e con quel fascino alpino. Vorremmo in particolare sottolineare Salvatore. Cibo eccellente durante tutto il giorno; non c'è nulla di cui lamentarsi. Una bellissima area piscina, estremamente curata, con tanti lettini prendisole, una fantastica sauna esterna con un piccolo laghetto balneabile. La camera con bagno è enorme, pulitissima e arredata con gusto, semplicemente spaziosa; ci si sente a casa. L'area benessere è eccellente; anche mia moglie ha tratto beneficio dal trattamento, qualcosa che nessun medico aveva mai ottenuto prima; ne è rimasta entusiasta. Lo consigliamo vivamente; torneremo sicuramente.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per un paio di giorni , e l’esperienza è stata davvero positiva. Le camere erano pulite, spaziose e ben arredate. Una menzione speciale va allo chef delle colazioni Giacomo e la dolce Marina, che ci hanno accolti con una colazione varia e curata, con piatti preparati al momento e un’attenzione speciale ai dettagli.

Un'oasi di benessere dal fascino familiare: assolutamente consigliato!
Ci siamo sentiti completamente a casa in questo hotel benessere fin dall'inizio. L'atmosfera calda e familiare ci ha subito rilassati e ha reso il nostro soggiorno davvero speciale. Tutto il team è stato estremamente cordiale e attento: ci si sente davvero i benvenuti.
Un ringraziamento speciale va a Benjamin alla reception, sempre sorridente e pronto a darci consigli utili. Antonello al bar ci ha deliziato con la sua cordialità e i suoi deliziosi drink, sempre allegro e professionale. E Salvatore al ristorante ha reso ogni serata un'esperienza culinaria indimenticabile con il suo servizio attento e la sua cordialità.
Le aree benessere erano molto curate e accoglienti, ideali per evadere dalla routine quotidiana e ricaricare le batterie. La sauna per eventi con le sue infusioni giornaliere merita una menzione speciale. Grazie al maestro di sauna: le infusioni sono davvero speciali. Il cibo era eccellente: fresco e vario. L'unica piccola pecca è che per mangiare all'aperto sulla terrazza è previsto un supplemento di 10 € a persona. Soprattutto nei mesi estivi più caldi, sarebbe bello poter cenare all'aperto gratuitamente, ad esempio una volta a soggiorno.
Nel complesso, è stato un soggiorno davvero piacevole. Torneremo sicuramente e consigliamo vivamente questo hotel!

L'Hotel Majestic di Riscone è da tempo per noi più di un semplice luogo di vacanza: è diventato il nostro rifugio. Ci siamo già stati quattro volte e ne siamo di nuovo entusiasti.
Tutto ciò di cui una vacanza davvero rilassante ha bisogno è qui, nella sua forma più pura:
• Camere con stile, fascino e vista sulle montagne: ogni volta la sensazione di tornare a casa
• Benessere come dovrebbe essere: tranquillo, spazioso, moderno. Perderai completamente la cognizione del tempo
• Cucina stellata Michelin: abbondante al mattino, creativa, regionale e sofisticata alla sera
• Servizio di qualità impeccabile: cordiale, attento, con i piedi per terra
• Posizione: tra un panorama da cartolina sulle Dolomiti e il punto di partenza ideale per escursioni in bicicletta e trekking

5 Stars – Relaxing Holiday in a Beautiful Hotel
We spent four days at the Hotel Majestic in Reischach and were very satisfied overall. The hotel itself and the rooms are beautifully furnished and well-maintained. We would especially like to highlight the friendly and helpful staff – you immediately feel welcome.
A great bonus was the option to rent e-mountain bikes directly from the hotel. The hotel's location is ideal for various activities in the area, and it's pleasantly quiet in the evenings – perfect for relaxing.
One minor criticism was the refrigerator in the room. It had an unpleasant smell and left a greasy, smelly film on our food – which wasn't particularly appetizing.
Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay so much that we're giving the hotel 5 stars overall. We would definitely come back and recommend it!

Overall, there was nothing wrong with my stay. The room was large, breakfast and dinner were very good, and the staff were friendly.
However, I was disappointed that they only had mountain bikes for rental; I hadn't understood that on the hotel's website. Perhaps this could be communicated better in advance in the future. One reason I booked the Majestic was the option to rent an e-bike directly from the hotel.

We had a wonderful vacation, which we spent together as a couple with our dog in the beautiful hotel. The staff is consistently very friendly and helpful in all areas. I would like to particularly highlight Elmar and Denise. The food was very extensive, regional and of high quality, from breakfast to dinner!

We had a wonderful time at the Hotel Majestic from start to finish. We spent three nights in this fantastic hotel with our two-year-old son, and I'll say right away that we'll definitely be back. The location and surroundings are beautiful; there's so much to explore, including the hotel shuttle to the cable car, which is practically next door. The beautiful town of Bruneck is also within walking distance (or easily accessible by bus). There are a variety of activities to enjoy locally (the staff were always on hand to help us) – for example, we rented e-bikes directly from the hotel, including a trailer for children, and went on a fantastic bike tour.
With (small) children, you feel very well looked after and warmly welcomed at the Majestic. From children's bathrobes to high chairs at the table and children's menus, everything has been thought of. There's also a playground in the garden where the little ones can let off steam while mom and dad enjoy their coffee on the lovely sun terrace.
Our room was beautiful, modern, clean, and well-maintained. It offered plenty of space and more for all your needs.
The ultra-modern outdoor spa is so unique it seems almost unreal, but you simply have to experience it for yourself.
It's not for nothing that the Majestic is known for its wellness area – here you can truly relax, enjoy, and unwind in beautiful surroundings.
Finally, I would like to mention that the food, from breakfast to afternoon snacks to dinner, is simply fantastic. You really don't lack for anything, and your every wish is catered to.
All in all, the Majetic is an incredibly fantastic hotel that combines an active holiday with relaxation in beautiful South Tyrol. Perfect for a break in a family atmosphere, because at this hotel you truly feel like part of the family – the friendliness and warmth are hard to beat!

We actually wanted to give a 5 star review. It is a very beautiful and well-kept hotel with a cozy wellness area and excellent and varied food of the best quality for discerning connoisseurs. Rather less suitable for people with simple tastes ;-) We were particularly impressed by Christoph from the service, who looked after us very well every afternoon and evening. Melanie was also very committed to our well-being. Our room was comfortable and furnished according to the hotel style, which was cleaned daily reliably and to our complete satisfaction. Unfortunately we left with a very bad feeling. When we checked out, we were told that our dog had a negative reaction due to the smell and hair on the upholstered furniture and that an extra cleaning would now be necessary. They asked if we were insured and it seemed like they were trying to charge us for the cleaning! We have already paid €35 per night = €420 for 12 nights for our dog (Boxer) to accompany us. As a guest, you can expect that this amount includes appropriate cleaning of the room. Once this was addressed we did not have to incur any additional costs. It is completely normal for dogs to smell like dogs and lose fur. If you don't want to accept this in your hotel, then you can't allow dogs as guests. Our dog has been to numerous hotels and we have never had any problems! We were also extremely surprised that we were only asked about the supposed problem when we left. On the one hand, this was a very unpleasant situation and, on the other hand, it did not give us the opportunity to find a solution if necessary. This left a negative aftertaste and unfortunately prevented us from visiting the Majestic again.

I went to the day spa at the hotel with my wife. From start to finish, it was simply fantastic . Friendly staff, good food, and a beautiful spa area. In the afternoon, we treated ourselves to a massage, which was simply wonderful. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended

We stayed at the Hotel Majestic with our three-and-a-half-year-old son for three days.
The room, cleanliness, service, and pools were excellent. The menu was sophisticated and high-quality; although the portions are a bit small for a discerning palate, there's still a generous buffet available.
The staff were very friendly. Special thanks to Helmar for his hospitality, to Giacomo for his skill and kindness, to Veli who pampered us with professionalism and kindness during meals, and finally to Christoph for always having a smile for everyone.

The Hotel Majestic is a superbly serviced establishment, where the friendly and helpful staff (especially one of the chefs, Giacomo) takes care of every detail. An example? On my birthday, at breakfast, they set the table especially for me, without us even asking. The spa area, both indoor and outdoor, is excellent, including an adults-only option.

Great quality. Very cosy rooms, great and profesional service, delicious dinner, ski depot, very nice sauna and swimming pool area, ski bus to the slopes. Great stay with family during winter break. But the hotel is rather for adults or older kids because does not have a large selection of dishes for breakfast or dinner, which consists of several very exquisite dishes chosen every morning from the menu (two options to choose from). For small children such a concept, especially dinner, may be problematic and not very diverse. But we consider these dinners to be a very big advantage of the hotel and its high quality. So very recommend for adults and older children.

We had a wonderful time on our ski vacation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. The room (the cozy suite) was very nice and spacious. Unfortunately, it seemed that animals (a dog) had been in the room before, which left scratches on the doors, but otherwise everything was perfect! Great, large ski room!
Very nice and clean wellness area, the outdoor pool was very warm. The sauna area was nice and clean!

Top location, beautiful hotel, good food, family-run.
Well-suited for a ski and wellness holiday.
Location:
The hotel is close to the valley station for the Kronplatz ski area, with several hotel shuttle buses running continuously from the hotel and the valley station.
The Corvara ski area (access to the Selaronda ski area) can be reached by car in about 45 minutes.
Staff:
Reception/Bar/Spa Area/Service
The staff speak German/English and, of course, Italian, and seem very friendly and well-trained.
Our questions were answered promptly and competently.
I would especially like to commend the lady we checked in with. Since we arrived at 9:00 a.m.
to go skiing that day, she was able to rebook us into an available room WITHOUT prior registration/arrangement and without us even mentioning it (at no extra cost!)
Spa area:
Connected indoor and outdoor pool, 2 outdoor whirlpools, a natural pond, and several saunas, including daily (2) sauna infusions.
Our booked couples massage was personalized and very relaxing; the well-trained staff deserves special mention here, too!
Food/Culinary:
Substantial breakfast, with various egg dishes prepared upon request in the show kitchen.
Great snack! With daily changing dishes and a show kitchen.
Dinner: 5-course menu, with the first "course" leading to the salad buffet.
For the remaining courses, you have three choices, two of which change daily.
The dinner is fantastic!
Each course is harmonious and perfectly balanced.
Room/Hotel:
Our room, like the hotel itself, is spacious and very clean; only the furniture and decor are rather 90s-style.
A bottle of the house Prosecco was already waiting for us in the room.
Although the hotel claims to be fully booked and accommodates several nationalities, it is not overcrowded or crowded.
Overall, we felt very comfortable and are planning another ski vacation at the Hotel Majestic!

The hotel offers several amenities, including a beautiful and well-maintained outdoor sauna in a private area overlooking the garden and a private pool. A heated pool extends from the inside to the outside. Indoor saunas with various relaxation areas, a gym, and a large games room. Spacious rooms and bathrooms are also available. Well-maintained common areas. I wasn't satisfied with the service in the dining room or the morning buffet: the intolerance area wasn't complete, and on my first day I had to ask for some items, even though I'd mentioned them when booking. In the morning, when you come down for breakfast at 9:30, some items were missing and not restocked (even if you asked). You couldn't find cutlery at the buffet, and you always had to ask the waiter. For this type of hotel, I expected more attentive service. The staff was helpful, and overall, I would recommend it.

Das Majestic is located just outside Riscone, near Brunico, in front of the golf course/sport area that in winter turns into a cross country loop. The Kronplatz ski-lifts are close and an excellent shuttle service is provided by the hotel.
The rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated, however in a somehow classic/outdated style. Cleanness is very good and the amenities supply adequate, even though the lack of proper tea/coffee facilities came as a surprise and the charge of Eur 1 for a coffee pod leaves a bitter taste.
The food offer is excellent, the breakfast amply caters for all tastes and the afternoon breakfast is generous both in quantity and time availability. The dinner consists of a 4-course meal of mostly sophisticated cuisine, even though occasionally some below-par dish appears. Service is excellent and kind.
The spa and wellness area are amongst the main attractions of Das Majestic, and indeed it offers a good variety of adequately sized saunas and steam baths, an indoor and outdoor swimming pool and few comfortable relax areas, plus a decent gym. There is also a great outdoor sauna with a small lake and an amazing jacuzzi, unfortunately without a proper relax area, replaced though by a cosy hut with a fireplace.
The only shortcoming of the spa area is the lack of ready-available towels.
Das majestic has also a very well equipped game area with most of the games available for free, only few surprisingly require a coin to be played.
The hotel also has a Guest Club and offers some discounts that however seem impossible to use at check-out and come across more as marketing tools than actual vouchers!
All in all an excellent hotel and highly recommended: it is ranked 4-star superior but it is definitely close to a 5-star than a 4-star hotel!

We returned to Das Majestic for a short break. We have been frequenting the hotel for ten years and each time our expectations are confirmed and we are pleasantly surprised by something new. The welcome is always superb, the rooms are beautiful and welcoming, the food is excellent and with lots of choice, the 3/4 board formula allows you to return from the ski slopes and have the opportunity to eat something from the buffet (my favourites: the hot soups and the apple strudel with vanilla cream; the variety of salads, cheeses and cold cuts is extraordinary), to continue the afternoon with a regenerating stop between the swimming pool and the spa, or a walk in Brunico. The Riscone ski lifts are very close, but the hotel offers a very efficient shuttle service. Among other things, we arrived by train and were welcomed at Brunico station upon arrival and accompanied back upon departure. We left reluctantly, with the certainty of returning next year. We recommend everyone to book this hotel for ski holidays

This was our second time at the Majestic. It's a fantastic hotel with a beautiful wellness area, a large bar, and a very tasteful restaurant.
This is our third time here and it's still one of the best wellness hotels we've ever been to.

On our honeymoon, we enjoyed three nights at this fantastic hotel. The service was excellent, the room was wonderful, as was the spa/pool and the breakfast. We hope to return.
Although we didn't visit during ski season, November is a great time to enjoy the snowy autumn colors of the Dolomites, along with the peace and quiet of the low tourist season.

The hotel has a beautiful location. It's a short walk to both Bruneck and the gondola to Cronplatz. We stayed at the hotel for a week in the fall (early to mid-November).
The room was very clean, and the cleaning staff was incredibly efficient. The room itself (DZ Alpienne) was nicely furnished, and the bed was comfortable (a continuous mattress would be even better).
The reception staff was helpful; however, we would have appreciated better communication about the fact that the mountain bikes were only available for rent at the beginning of our stay, as the season ends then. This wasn't mentioned to us, even though we had inquired about mountain bike rentals and were told that reservations weren't necessary.
The spa area was very clean, and the sauna infusions by master sauna master Reinhold, which took place twice daily at 5 pm and 6 pm, were a real highlight.
What really bothered us was the service at dinner. This is why we're not giving it 4 or 5 stars. The service was often slow, and unfortunately, we repeatedly received the wrong food or even no course at all for one person.
The food itself was very good. However, I would have liked vegetarian dishes to be clearly marked. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case at all. Even the "vitality" menu sometimes contained fish or meat, so vegetarians always had to be careful. There was also often a limited selection of meat or fish-free dishes at the afternoon snack. It was great that the chef took extra time for a chat, even though I was the only person booked.
Another minor disappointment was that the massage we booked via the app and confirmed at reception and by phone was incorrectly booked. Instead of a couples massage, a full-body massage and a foot reflexology massage were booked. This was incomprehensible to me, and unfortunately, the staff gave the impression that the mistake was ours (even though it was clear from the online booking that we had definitely booked the couples massage). The massage was then rescheduled because the appropriate room wasn't heated, so we had to make other arrangements.
We had a pleasant stay, but it could easily be improved.

The Majestic Hotel in Riscone is a 4S hotel in Brunico.
The hotel is very beautiful.
The spa is excellent.
The location is enviable and the service is good.
But there are also some weaknesses.
The cuisine is too innovative and based on garden produce. Guests also look for substance, tradition, and typical dishes, not just herb samples.
The buffet isn't up to par with a 4S.
Another sore point is the pool water temperature. To be truly enjoyable, the outdoor pool must be at least 35/36 degrees Celsius, otherwise you won't want to dive in.
Instead, it was a maximum of 32 degrees Celsius.
It's a shame because the hotel is truly beautiful!
In any case, a very pleasant stay, I recommend it.

We spent four wonderful days at the Majestic Hotel in Bruneck. From arrival to departure, everything was perfect. The staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always keen to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms are not only spacious and stylishly furnished, but also very well-thought-out – a truly feel-good atmosphere.
The food was outstanding! From the generous breakfast to the exquisite dinner menus, the cuisine exceeded our expectations. Every dish was fresh and regionally inspired, providing culinary highlights.
We were particularly impressed by the wellness area. The panoramic sauna with its mountain views is fantastic, and the infusions with Reinhold are always an experience. The natural swimming pond and the spacious whirlpool offered the perfect opportunity to relax. Whether you retreat to the relaxation area or recharge your batteries in the sauna, you can truly unwind here.

It's a very nice hotel. Lovingly and very friendly, it's run.
We also really liked the location, with a view of the Kronplatz.
The rooms and the entire hotel complex, inside and out, were very well-kept and comfortable.
The food (selection, taste, lovingly decorated) was top-notch.
The dessert buffet on the evening of the show kitchen was fantastic, with its diverse selection and taste.
The pool and wellness area are also very nice and cozy, inviting you to relax.
And thank you very much for the lovely and practical thank you gift we received upon departure.
We were very happy about it.
It was a great vacation from start to finish.
We stayed here for the second time because we enjoyed it so much.
And we would love to come back.

A stay like on the Titanic. A warm welcome, a short tour of the hotel and we were able to move into our cozy suite for two nights. After these two nights we were allowed to move to the whirlpool suite at our request. Dinner was an absolute temptation to our taste buds. The atmosphere, very elegant and really more upscale.
On the second day we wanted to treat ourselves to some relaxation and go with the third person (wheelchair user) to the large spa area, indoor and outdoor pool, but we realized that this access is not so easy to master with a wheelchair. On the big tour of discovery in the spa area, a lot of things are textile-free and there are no great alternatives. As a small consolation, I can enter our room whirlpool as I wish. Unfortunately, we have hit an emotional iceberg in the coming days. The waiters became more relaxed and the very upscale atmosphere increasingly became a children's playground. The food in the afternoon (very tasty and varied) was, of course, as people are, enjoyed with a bathrobe and if you haven't gotten hold of the lifebuoy yet, then the space in the lobby will be very limited. Decency was thrown out the window by all the tourists. The rooms are very nice and designed down to the last detail and the cleaning and daily service in the rooms remind us of the good times we had on this trip. Really a big compliment to the ladies who do their job perfectly.
Overall we liked the hotel, with a few ice collisions.
Price performance is right.

A wonderful holiday in a hotel that leaves nothing to be desired. The room was very large and immaculately clean. The spa features pools, saunas, and a very well-appointed and functional wellness center. The 3/4 board included a rich breakfast of sweet and savory options, a generous and varied afternoon snack, and a dinner with a vegetable buffet and a variety of dishes every evening. The staff was impeccable. And the little gift at the end (a water bottle) to remember every moment of your holiday. Thank you.

I stayed there for three days with my girlfriend for her birthday. The hotel was gorgeous, the staff were very friendly and courteous, and there was ample and convenient parking next to the hotel. We had a Harmony room, which was very nice, clean, and spacious, even with a beautiful and large bathroom.
Breakfast and afternoon snacks were a generous buffet for all tastes, and the 4-course gourmet dinner was truly special—it could be described as a culinary experience.
The spa and relaxation areas were also very beautiful, with large pools and very nice saunas and Turkish baths! Recommended for a relaxing holiday, as well as an outdoor vacation, where the hotel offers many activities every day! Highly recommended!

This was our first time at the Das Majestic hotel and overall we were really happy. The checkin is incredibly nice with a nice welcome drink. The hotel is beautiful, perfectly kept, with an amazing pool and Spa area. Also the restaurant is wonderful with a great selection of dishes. Breakfast is amazing with an incredible variety of sweet and savoury items. Our room was spacious but the decor was slimly outdated. Also our rook did not have AC and being almost 30 C outside it was quite hot to sleep. The bathroom was also very spacious but again a touch outdated. The hotel is wonderful but the price is a bit high.

The hotel is well located in a quiet area in Riscone di Brunico.
The staff is very welcoming and friendly, always available for any requests. Only once did we receive a clear answer regarding sauna access.
The room is spacious and well decorated with quality products. Unfortunately, when we arrived, there were many insects inside, and we had to ask reception to resolve this issue.
Breakfast is very good and varied, with both sweet and savory options.
The afternoon snack could also be improved, as some products are already missing halfway through, and you have to make do with what's left. It's a shame about the flies that constantly swarm the products.
The gourmet dinner allows you to discover new culinary combinations. Gourmet obviously means "tasting" portions, so you know what to expect. If you like, you can order off-menu items, such as the Milanese cutlet; I recommend it. Drink prices are typical for a hotel of this category. Reading the reviews, I learned that filtered water was available, but it's a shame I didn't get this information.
I appreciated the games room with billiards, foosball, and other games...not just for the little ones.
The indoor/outdoor pool area is well-equipped, although a bit small for a typical crowd (5-6 families).
There's also a nudist area that could be a little more hidden, especially if you have a room on the second floor and the windows from the hallway open directly onto the sauna.
In conclusion, the hotel is definitely worth a try if you want a different experience, even if the value isn't the best.

Our first impression at this hotel (wow) was the warm welcome from the manager, followed by the room, which was just as beautiful. Renovated and featuring a box-spring bed, air conditioning, a safe, a refrigerator, a hairdryer, etc.
The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired; you can even prepare your own egg the way you like it, even prosecco early in the morning. The staff was simply fantastic, as were the friendly and accommodating staff, who fulfilled almost every wish. Dinner was exactly the same, with an incredible selection. Finally, we had our own free loungers with umbrellas on the beach, and the short walk to the restroom and shower.
The decision to come back next year was a very easy one for us.

I had the pleasure of staying for four days at the Hotel Das Majestic in Riscone, at the foot of the magnificent Plan de Corones, and I can say it was an unforgettable experience. The three-quarter board is truly exceptional. The breakfast is incredibly varied, with the highest quality ingredients. Every morning I enjoyed a selection of fresh and delicious dishes that gave me the perfect start to the day.
The afternoon snack buffet at 2:30 PM is equally impressive. While not the same as breakfast, it offers a variety of different delicacies, always of excellent quality. Returning to the hotel for afternoon snack each afternoon was a much-anticipated moment. The five-course gourmet dinner was a true culinary experience. Each dish was carefully prepared, and the menus were always innovative and surprisingly delicious.
My room was an Alpienne Royal Junior Suite, a perfect choice. The room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with every comfort necessary for a relaxing and pleasant stay.
Two aspects of Hotel Das Majestic truly exceeded my expectations. The first was the natural outdoor lake, a charming place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the surrounding nature. The second was the outdoor sauna with aufguss. I'd like to praise Reinhold, the aufgussmeister. His aufguss sessions were performed with incredible skill. During breaks, Reinhold enthusiastically shared the history of the aufguss, instilling in me a passion for this ancient ritual.
Another highlight of my stay were the excursions in the Dolomites organized by Peter. I went on two excursions and was extremely satisfied. Peter is a fantastic guide, always available to answer any questions about the geography, history, and culture of the region. His detailed explanations and in-depth knowledge made the excursions interesting and informative.
In conclusion, my stay at Hotel Das Majestic was exceptional in every way. The quality of the services, the beauty of the facilities, and the professionalism of the staff make this hotel a perfect choice for those seeking a luxurious and relaxing vacation. Dinner: top-notch, like a visit to a Michelin-starred restaurant
Wellness: somewhat fragmented and not really optimal. The infusion master comes from the public outdoor pool and is rather abrasive. I don't need Rammstein's "Deutschland" at concert volume during the infusion.
CONCLUSION: The wellness experience fell short of expectations, but thanks to the outstanding cuisine, I still give it 5 stars.

Yesterday, in our company meeting, we spent a long time thinking about what could be improved overall – we couldn't think of anything. Parking for all vehicle sizes right in front of the door. Large, clean rooms.
The sauna and wellness area are top-notch – a sauna with a panoramic view, where you can enjoy the sunset while enjoying a wonderful infusion with drinks and fresh fruit skewers, is truly amazing. There's an indoor and outdoor pool. The breakfast and dinner leave nothing to be desired. The spacious, clean ski room and the hotel's own shuttle service every few minutes to the Kronplatz valley station, so you can be in the gondola in just three steps with your ski boots on. Friendly staff. It was fantastic.

We have been traveling to this wonderful and luxurious place of peace and relaxation for over 23 years now. The Hotel Majestic has become our beloved second home, not only because of its location, but even more so because of the family's extremely warm hospitality and the many professional and super-friendly "service angels." Therefore, it's very easy for me to give a recommendation and a *****-star recommendation for couples.
So, very objectively:
We (once again) thoroughly enjoyed a week of skiing at the Hotel Majestic and left feeling completely thrilled and refreshed.
The hotel is perfect, and all the rooms are luxuriously furnished in new condition. The three outdoor pools and Reinhold's twice-daily "Aufguss" show in the outdoor sauna are an experience.
The location (shopping in Bruneck, sports around Kronplatz) is outstanding. The varied food and a large selection of fine wines leave nothing to be desired.
The real highlight is the friendliness and warmth of the service angels. You feel at home from the very first minute. On behalf of the entire staff, we would like to thank Daniela for her impeccable service during the meal, barman Chris for the consistently cool drinks, and Romy for always fulfilling our every need in a straightforward, spontaneous, and very charming manner. We'll be happy to return again and again... to our second home.

Amazing place with an awesome spa (primarily why we booked it after our skiing trip). The decor and rooms are very nice, the only thing I didnt like were super soft pillows (almost non existent when sleeping).
Mostly elder guests but thats normal considering the price of stay.
Overall loved the vibe, the food and the spa!

The hotel is located near Bruneck (10 minutes for a trip into town – the Christmas market is currently open) and close to Kronplatz (skiing). It is ideally located for outdoor activities. It also has a beautiful wellness area that invites you to linger: one indoor and one heated outdoor swimming pool with whirlpool, an exclusive sauna area with a plunge pool and outdoor whirlpool, and another Finnish sauna and steam bath inside the hotel.
The staff is very friendly.
The rooms are large and very clean, and the beds are comfortable.
The food was delicious: a breakfast buffet with a wide selection that leaves nothing to be desired; a smaller afternoon buffet with a salad buffet, daily special, soup and cake buffet, croissants, coffee, and tea; and a 4-course dinner (cold appetizer buffet, choice of 3 starter and 3 main courses).

We booked our mini-honeymoon at the Hotel Majestic.
Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine before our luggage was brought to our room.
The very spacious suite featured a large living room with a separate bedroom, a large bathroom, and a separate toilet. Our room was thoroughly cleaned daily.
We were able to truly relax in the inviting spa area. Although we're not sauna-goers, the outdoor sauna looked very promising. The massages are highly recommended.
A big compliment goes to the hotel's kitchen. Every evening, we were treated to a delicious 3-course meal. We then rounded off the evenings at the cozy hotel bar.
For my wife's birthday, it was no problem to order breakfast, including a beautiful bouquet of flowers, to our room. On her birthday evening, our table was lovingly decorated for dinner, and there was a little surprise for dessert.
We were so impressed that we spontaneously and easily extended our stay by one night.
We would like to thank you very much for the friendly and courteous service at the Hotel Majestic and look forward to seeing you again! :-)

This hotel is located in Riscone, a quiet village near Brunico. It offers numerous options for both those seeking relaxation and those seeking an active holiday. The welcome upon arrival is very friendly, and the reception staff is always available, even with suggestions for activities. The entire staff, from the dining room to the reception and the housekeeping, goes out of their way to welcome guests and make them feel welcome. The rooms are very spacious and clean, equipped with every comfort, including beautiful bathtubs. The spa is a real treat; from the pool to the nudist area, everyone can find their ideal space to relax in a comfortable and well-kept environment. I really appreciated the outdoor pool and the whirlpools, which, being heated, can also be used in the winter. The cuisine is excellent, and the small stuben (parlours) ensure privacy. Also noteworthy is the afternoon snack, very generous and able to satisfy all tastes, as is the breakfast.

I spent 3 days and 2 nights in this wonderful hotel, where I was able to rejuvenate my body and mind.
Let's start with the ROOMS, which are very spacious and equipped with everything you need, including bathrobes, slippers, and very useful spa towels.
The bathroom and the rest of the room are very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a large window where we could relax while gazing at the panorama of the snow-capped mountain peaks and the numerous ski slopes.
The housekeeping staff is always very kind and friendly.
RECEPTION:
We were welcomed with warmth and friendliness, but what pleased us most was the sense of familiarity that the Feichter-Rastner families managed to convey in such a short time, explaining and accompanying us on a tour of all the services offered and providing all the necessary information for visiting the city of Brunico, including the bus services included in the price of the stay.
SPA
Very beautiful, well-maintained, and clean, divided into two sections. One is a very discreet and beautiful naturist section, quite private and isolated from the rest of the facility. It features a frozen pond where you can regenerate after a sauna session at 85 degrees Celsius. To top it all off, there's a Jacuzzi tub and a heated hydromassage pool outside near the frozen pond.
The second section also features a large indoor/outdoor pool with spacious relaxation areas. To round out the experience, there are two Finnish saunas with different temperatures (90C and 65C) and two very relaxing Turkish baths. You can also book various types of massages, which I would have liked to try but didn't have time.
RESTAURANT AND BREAKFAST:
I don't think even kings could enjoy such a good, complete, and abundant breakfast. To fully appreciate it, you should simply try it. Words cannot describe this breakfast.
Excellent afternoon snacks and dinner!
Selected, high-quality ingredients, exquisite and refined dishes, beautifully presented.
The staff, both at the tables and at the bar, were very, very kind and welcoming, which is not always a given in Alto Adige.
Now let's move on to the things I would improve.
Fixing the pin with the room number on the bathrobes because it keeps falling off, and I would have liked to have the scent of an essence (lavender, lemon, or mountain pine) in at least one of the two Turkish baths in the spa.
Let's leave aside the subtleties; this resort has it all!
I reiterate once again the importance of the familiarity shown, which makes you feel at home.
I recommend it to anyone who wants to indulge in moments of well-being and relaxation in tranquility.
We will definitely be back!

We stayed at "Das Majestic" for two nights, and I have to say we were very pleasantly surprised. You don't often find such a great and clean hotel!
The entire complex is very clean, the rooms are large and very, very clean, the food is very good, and all the staff are friendly and there's a very homely atmosphere.
The wellness area, the pool, and the saunas are very nice.
All in all, a highly recommended spa hotel in South Tyrol where you can recharge your batteries.
Thanks again to the entire team at "Das Majestic," and we will definitely go back.

I recently visited the Hotel Majestic & Spa Resort in South Tyrol and would now like to share my experiences.
Overall I would give the hotel three stars.
These are the points that struck me positively:
1. The hotel was very clean and allergy friendly. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful.
2. There was a fun games room with PlayStation and other activities.
3. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were beautiful and well equipped.
4. The food at the hotel was delicious, although the labeling of the meat could be improved. This could be problematic for people who have specific dietary preferences.
Negatives:
1. The saunas were all cloth-free, which may not be the best choice for some guests. A change here would be more pleasant.
2. The hotel may be less suitable for younger guests, as the city tends to be quiet after 7/8 p.m. and the average age is in the mid-40s.
3. The value for money could be improved and it seemed like there were additional charges for many additional services, which I wasn't expecting in this price range.
4. It appeared that the needs of different ethnic groups were not sufficiently taken into account.
Overall, I recommend the hotel for older guests who value the proximity to various activities in the area.

One of my best stays ever so far. A very beautiful Hotel in South Tirol, Reischach in the near of Bruneck. The dinner and the breakfast was incredibly good. Rooms are big with a welcome gift, backpack, water and snacks. The SPA and pool is also very nice to relax. I am really looking forward to stay again there.

Spa hotel with a beautiful outdoor sauna and heated outdoor pool and swimming pond.
The rest of the spa is in the basement and therefore dark.
There was no newspaper available during the very good breakfast and the waitress was preparing dinner the whole time so you couldn't enjoy your breakfast in peace.
11€ for a Birra media and cappuccino is also very proud.
Rooms nice and clean but right next to the elevator i.e. noise from 0700 to 0000.
The Kronplatzcard was great and gave me the free cable car.
I booked with breakfast, the extra charge on HB would have been €42.
Overall OK But there are much nicer spa hotels nearby at cheaper prices.
I expected more from 4+ stars.

We stayed there for a week in October 2023. A small booking misunderstanding was resolved immediately and very helpfully. This was our second time there and certainly won't be the last! Very friendly staff in all areas. The room was very nice and spacious, including the bathroom. The excellent cuisine deserves special mention. The appetizer buffet is absolutely excellent, sometimes with oysters. To finish off, there's a regional cheese buffet, the best I know, with varieties even I didn't know, and I come from the border triangle of Germany, Switzerland, and France. The guest card is also great. A successful vacation!

A week's vacation at the Majestic – we were absolutely thrilled in every way – is highly recommended! Great staff, quiet rooms, excellent food and wine. My wife and I took our first vacation with our daughter (3 months old). I would especially like to commend the attentiveness of the staff. For example, the hotel prepared a crib in our room (without us even having to ask). We found this very thoughtful. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful with any requests! The spa area is also spacious and offers many quiet corners for relaxation.
The food was wonderful and delicious! There was a wide and varied selection every day.
We are very grateful for this truly relaxing and enjoyable vacation and, although it was our first time, it certainly won't be our last.

I first came to know and appreciate this hotel over 20 years ago. Today, I can confirm the positive reviews from back then. The hotel has evolved, expanded, and modernized, but it has remained a manageable, family-run business that truly leaves nothing to be desired. Friendly service, a quiet location, very nice rooms, and excellent cuisine. This hotel can certainly compete with other, more expensive competitors and remains highly recommended in every respect.

You couldn't ask for more: a strategic location just a short distance from Brunico, the Plan D.C. ski lifts, and the Krone Plaz 4 sports center; an excellent property worthy of its category; beautifully appointed and well-finished rooms, a perfectly furnished lobby, dining room, and breakfast room; a bar and aperitif area with an adjoining veranda and garden; a wide variety of high-quality pools, saunas, showers, and whirlpools; a massage center with a wide selection of treatments and a fitness room; numerous relaxation areas; a very well-maintained and well-equipped children's play area; an excellent restaurant; a delicious and generous breakfast; ample parking; free excursions; and a staff always attentive to requests, helpful, and knowledgeable. The indoor sauna was still old and cramped; the new outdoor sauna is very idyllically situated with a swimming pond. Overall, it was nice, but the price/performance ratio was too expensive for us, and the drink prices were also too high for the region (e.g., 0.5 liters of beer for €7).

A very nice hotel. Excellent value for money. A warm welcome. While we enjoyed our welcome champagne, our luggage was brought to our room. Each guest also received a public transport card, which allowed free use of the train and bus (bus stop near the hotel). Golf, tennis, a riding arena, and a public indoor pool (children go free) are all in the immediate vicinity. A very nice wellness area with plenty of relaxation rooms and loungers. The food (we had 3/4 board) was very, very tasty. The staff, and especially the manager, were extremely friendly. Highly recommended!

I stayed at this hotel from August 29, 2023 to September 2, 2023.
When we arrived, they immediately upgraded us to a classic-style room with a balcony. I still wanted to see the one I'd chosen, which has a more mountain-style design but without a balcony, and in the end, I accepted the room they offered.
The hotel is very well-maintained, although a little dated, and you can see the care and attention it has put into it. The spa is very beautiful and comfortable, and the staff is truly courteous.
The quality of the food is very good, and the service is professional, courteous, and fast. The only flaw, in my opinion, is that unlike other hotels in Trentino, they don't offer an appetizer. The choice is limited to just two dishes (plus dessert) plus the option of a buffet. This is a bit limited; at least three courses should be served, followed by dessert. The location is quiet and convenient, with a bus stop nearby that takes you to Brunico in 5 minutes.

A quaint and welcoming hotel. The hotel staff is always available. We stayed for 5 days, including breakfast, an afternoon snack, and dinner. The room was beautiful; the furnishings are dated, but of excellent quality, and it shows. The pillows were a bit uncomfortable; it felt like you had nothing under your head. The outdoor space was lovely, with meticulous attention to detail and everything was well-organized. The food was good; I would add a little savory to the snacks; most of the items were sweet. Dinner, in addition to the buffet appetizers, only included two main courses and dessert; while we've usually stayed at hotels in Trentino, we've always had three main courses and dessert. They offer their own spring water, which is cheaper, but it's not offered; in fact, unless specifically requested, they bring you bottled branded water. Dining on the terrace costs €10. The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from the Kronplatz cable car. There's also a bus stop a few meters past the hotel that takes you to the center of Brunico. Overall, a nice hotel in an excellent location. P.S.: There are quite a few children here, so there's a play area on the basement level, as well as some games for older children, like billiards and ping pong.

I stayed at this wonderful hotel with my husband.
Fantastic location near Plan de Corones and Brunico.
Everything was impeccable, from the welcome to the rooms, to the spa (all areas very clean), the food was excellent, both the afternoon buffet and dinner.
The garden, both internal and external, was very well-kept, as was the large and well-maintained vegetable garden.
We were greeted by the very friendly staff, starting with the initial welcome from the reception staff, the lady who looked after us in the dining room, the gentleman who gardened and watered the plants, the cleaning ladies, and the gentleman who applied perfume in the sauna, who explained everything very well. Congratulations to everyone!
It was a short stay, but we were very satisfied. We will definitely return for more, perhaps with our children!

Perfect services. The pool and spa are truly excellent. I dined in the hotel restaurant with great skepticism... I had to change my mind! The food was excellent and high-quality. After all, perhaps I should have guessed this considering the quality and variety of breakfast! The room, as shown in the photos, is complete with every comfort and is extremely spacious. From the welcoming staff to the beauty of the hotel, everything was impeccable and wonderful. The spa is superb, with an outdoor hydromassage pool, an indoor pool that connects to the outdoor pool, all heated, and for those who want it, there's also a nudist sauna with natural water. The food was truly excellent; I had 3/4 board, breakfast, brunch, and dinner. There was a wide variety of products.
There's also a games room with billiards and various games, including children's.
A gym with all the equipment for those who want to let off steam.
I stayed there for a weekend, and it was truly relaxing.
Massages are also available for those who want them.

We pick this hotel to celebrate my wife's jubilee, and our choice was really good. Nice hotel with special attitude to the guests. The rooms, the food and service were really great.

We spent a day in the hotel's spa area. The outdoor area is truly beautiful; we especially enjoyed the natural pond and the outdoor sauna. There's a sauna infusion every day, and we were treated to a fantastic show. Otherwise, the spa area is a bit dated but still well-maintained. There's a selection of different saunas and steam rooms.

The spa was fantastic and the staff were very friendly, especially those in the restaurant. The room and the entire hotel were impeccably clean.
What we didn't like · The restaurant: the food can be very delicate on the palate; some dishes were excellent, others a bit bland; the portions are very small. Fortunately, the appetizer was buffet style, so we were able to compensate. In the evening, with a plated appetizer, we ended up eating a lot of bread.
Always ask for filtered water; it costs €3.50 for a liter. Bottled water (0.75 liter) costs €6. The most unfortunate thing was that, if we hadn't noticed it ourselves by looking at other tables, we would never have been offered the option of filtered water (and it wasn't specified anywhere on the menu). When I asked the front desk about this, specifying that other tables had one-liter bottles similar to the "complimentary" filtered water in the room, the receptionist panicked, not knowing how to justify it. I find it unprofessional that the most expensive water is brought to the table by default, without offering the guest a cheaper and more eco-friendly alternative, which is also available.
Even though we had requested a couples massage, which had been confirmed via booking, upon our arrival we discovered that it was not possible to do so unless we were separated.
The breakfast was excellent, but the fact that for two consecutive mornings the person preparing the hot egg dishes spoke no Italian, only German and English, in a hotel in Italy, left me perplexed, to say the least.

We booked our stay at the hotel directly via the website. Since we had two questions, we noted them in the comments field. Even weeks after making our reservation, we have not heard anything from the hotel. When we asked ourselves, we were told that they would call us back. But this did not happen either; it was really not very professional. At breakfast, many of the dishes disappeared very quickly and were only replenished very slowly. Did not make a great impression. There was no name plate on our table, but there was one at the other tables. The bill for the previous evening was simply placed on the breakfast table. Really very inviting... the spa area and pool were okay. Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio is not justified and the hotel is rather expensive for the service and facilities.

Ample parking is available; work was currently being done on the underground garage. The reception, bar, and six dining rooms for breakfast and dinner are very tastefully decorated and exude understated luxury. The breakfast buffet leaves little to be desired; only the drinks are brought correctly or incorrectly depending on the server. Dinner is very plentiful, with salad and vegetables or cold appetizers from the buffet. Then there are at least two appetizers to choose from, three main courses, and dessert. A feast for the eyes and a treat for the palate. From May 14th to 17th, we had the best and friendliest service you could wish for. Only the last breakfast was a disappointment. The garden is very spacious and has plenty of loungers, but unfortunately the temperature wasn't ideal. The sauna area is too small, has cramped corners, and is unattractive. The quiet room next to the sauna is uncomfortably cold, and the relaxation room with six double loungers is always occupied. The indoor pool is deserted between 7 and 8 a.m., allowing you to swim in peace before breakfast. In the afternoon, it's too crowded to even swim. Our room on the 3rd floor was very spacious and well-furnished. A huge bathroom with a separate toilet and a large balcony. The Kronplatz was directly across the street. An event sauna and natural swimming pond complete the wellness area. If rooms, food, excursion options, and service are important to you, this is the perfect place for you. We've been spoiled by other, much more varied spa areas and were a bit disappointed. All in all, though, it's a very nice 4* Superior hotel.

As a young family, we went on vacation to South Tyrol for the first time and will definitely come back next year.
Our daughter is 1 year and 3 months old and was treated so kindly and kindly by everyone. The staff is so friendly, everyone is so child friendly. We didn't even have the feeling that extra requests for the little one were received negatively.

A very nice hotel, which we liked overall. Unfortunately, it's not suitable for vegetarians. The standard rooms are very large, clean, and have a beautiful view. The wellness area is also nice, and all the staff are very friendly.
I looked for reviews from vegetarians before booking and didn't really find any. For this reason, I'd like to go into more detail. At dinner, there are always two or three options per course. Unfortunately, most of the courses were non-vegetarian, and the waiter had to ask the kitchen for alternatives. I was offered pasta with vegetables, spaetzle with cream sauce, or an omelet. The food itself was very good, but nothing special. Our waiter was very friendly and, over the next few days, always asked in advance what the kitchen could prepare for me. However, I would have preferred a vegetarian dish per course.
We found the afternoon snack to be very poor compared to other hotels. It was always the same, and for vegetarians, mostly just salad and cake. Other hot/cold dishes always included meat. In addition, there was only regular milk in the afternoon (also oat milk for breakfast, etc.).

A wonderful hotel where you can relax. The rooms are very clean and tidy. We had a room in a very quiet location and enjoyed the peace and quiet. We were able to sleep wonderfully with the window open.
The breakfast is beautifully presented, and you could feast on the finest food. What's great is that there are even several alternatives for people with lactose intolerance.
Dinner was very varied and was chosen in the morning for the evening. The portions weren't huge, but always sufficiently large and always delicious. The selection was very good, and they also offered matching wines.
Everyone always tried to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
The program offered by the hotel is a great idea, with hikes (warm greetings to Peter, our hiking guide!), e-bike tours, and much more.
We will definitely be back.

Beautiful hotel in a great location for hikes and excursions in the Pustertal Valley and the Dolomites. After our hikes, we were able to relax in the beautiful, large garden and wellness area. We particularly liked the new sauna house with its natural pond. The breakfast and dinner were very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Very large and slightly dated structure, certainly reminiscent of a few years ago, very large spaces, the larger rooms have a lot of space but in the room where I stayed the first few days the bathroom was a little dated, the balcony was very large but the furnishings were a little old, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable, although honestly they remedied this by adding a wooden table to make it more comfortable and adding another cot. The second room in which I stayed for 2 days was beautiful but without a balcony and without a bidet with a non-existent bathroom. from hotel 4 same superior.

As for the staff, they were very friendly and always available. In my opinion the flaw is the food.... I don't want to comment further but perhaps the chef could use a little more care or a change...

Out of the three dinners we had, we had spiders in our food twice..., and the third time it took hours for the food to arrive.
Everything is supposed to be fresh every day, but for example, the bread is always hard and doesn't look fresh from the bakery.
I don't normally like to speak negatively about something..., but we had to pass on this for those who come here.
We made the best of it and went into town often.

A fantastic hotel – very friendly staff, excellent food, fantastic excursions, legendary infusions in the sensational outdoor sauna... The only thing that mars the picture is that you have to pay extra for services (late checkout, etc.) that would be included at other hotels. Otherwise, it would have been five stars. We'll definitely go back and are already looking forward to it.

A dream place for mountain lovers. A property equipped with every comfort. From daily towel changes (including those for the pool) to free mountain bike rental (only e-bikes are available for a fee). The rooms are spacious and always clean. By the time we had breakfast and checked in, the room was completely clean and sanitized. The housekeeping staff were extremely kind. It has a spectacular wellness area, with the option of leaving your children nearby in a games room with motorbike and car simulators. There are also PlayStations, a pool table, ping pong, and air hockey. There's also a small play area for younger children. Parents can relax on a sofa. The pool is a real highlight, with a sliding door that allows you to switch between the indoor and outdoor pools. The adults-only area is also noteworthy, allowing you to swim in an artificial lake. The highlight, however, is the food. Delicious and innovative dishes, never repetitive. Breakfast is superb, with everything you could want, including a corner where they cook eggs, crepes, omelets, and pancakes in front of you. We close with a huge thank you to the Feichter family and their staff for their hospitality. They're always friendly and attentive to their guests' every need. Thank you.

This family-run hotel boasts a fantastic location at the foot of Kronplatz, which you can enjoy from the extensive breakfast buffet that leaves nothing to be desired. Those staying on the 3/4 board plan are treated to a delicious afternoon snack and a rich evening menu. The spring water from the hotel's own spring is also worth mentioning. The spa area features a freshwater natural pond and, among other amenities, an outdoor panoramic sauna with views of Kronplatz.

Perfect hotel. Spotlessly clean and full of amenities, ideal for walks and very close to Brunico. A perfect place to relax, thanks to the splendid pool and spa. The breakfast buffet is generous. At dinner, they never serve typical dishes, and this, in my opinion, is the only flaw. The staff is very friendly, if a little cold (except for the friendly bartender and a few waiters).

If you are in this splendid hotel, then the receptionist will be in Gentile Verdena. Ampio parcheggio, a fianco dell'hotel. Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera 124, molto spaziosa, tipico arredamento tyrolese. Grazie to all the staff, always sorridenti and available, in particolare all'ottimo servizio di Vesna, gentilissima ed allo Chef, per la squisita cucina. The spa and the center are well-equipped, with strong Reinhold, with this infusion, with a panoramic sauna all day long, and with such professionalism. The prezzo rispecchia is the service offered.

Very large structure with spacious and very well-kept rooms, the spa and wellness area are organised and very beautiful, we had a great time, the staff are competent and very friendly. If I have to find a fault, the restaurant cuisine should be a little more full-bodied in taste, but the buffet for both breakfast and dinner is very abundant and with various dishes, I recommend this hotel.

The room was a perfect size, and the storage space, bed, and bathroom facilities were also very good.
The hotel restaurant has a good evening menu, but the lunch snack isn't necessarily worth the price.
The highlight is the wellness area: a great sauna, good treatments, and the pool is also quite nice.

I became aware of the Majestic through a business trip/conference. The view of Kronenplatz is super beautiful and the whole location is very quiet. The rooms are more like apartments (I think some people have smaller apartments). Unfortunately I wasn't able to use the spa area, but it's supposed to be amazing. The employees are all incredibly nice and accommodating. And the spontaneous snack platter for 4 people. grew into a 3 course menu for 8 people. It's all majestic! :) Will definitely keep the hotel in mind for vacation trips.

A very nice hotel with excellent service and beautiful rooms. Excellent cuisine. The staff is very friendly and accommodating without being intrusive. I don't like the following: Every table has a "cell phone-free zone" sign on its menu, but unfortunately, the hotel doesn't enforce this. It's very unpleasant to hear constant beeping in a sophisticated restaurant. Guests even walk through the sauna with their phones switched on.

Well-maintained hotel in an excellent location with high-quality amenities. Alpine-style rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, and checked us into our room the first morning. The recently renovated spa area is well worth the visit. The breakfast and "snack" (essentially a light lunch) were amazing; dinner was decent, although sometimes the wait was long (the wine markups were quite high). The shuttle service to the ski slopes was perfect and efficient. In short, it's worth staying and returning!

A good hotel in its category, spacious room, good restaurant, good breakfast with plenty of choice. The spa area is also nice, small but well-maintained. The room was a bit chilly during the day, but after a good day skiing, it was nice to have warm radiators. The price was fairly in line with the hotel's category. Sparkling water in the restaurant and bar was too expensive.

A superb hotel near Kronplatz. The room was very clean and very nice. The upholstered furniture was a bit worn, but that's not something you can really fix. The bathroom was a good size and equipped with everything you need. The service was always courteous and friendly. Unfortunately, some of the restaurant staff haven't yet caught on to the mask thing and take them off when they're talking to you. That was unpleasant.
The wellness area is sufficiently large and nicely decorated. My girlfriend also enjoyed the spa treatments. I can't comment on that personally. Drink prices are steep, but appropriate for the hotel category. The food was always delicious and well-chosen.

A fantastic hotel! Well-maintained grounds, super-nice, spacious rooms with a gigantic bathroom. A very large balcony. Everything was very, very clean. Large TV. The staff is attentive and very friendly. The food is varied and good. Everything is very well organized. The spa area is absolutely impressive. 5 saunas and comfortable relaxation areas. One star deducted for the massages. In the 50-minute back massage, there were probably 15 minutes for the head and face. We hadn't booked that. It was too rough for me despite my feedback, and too lax for my husband. Conclusion: I'd go there on vacation, but without the massage, and I'd go back anytime.

We were impressed by the hotel; we'll definitely be coming back. It has a spacious room, a panoramic sauna, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and a lawn with comfortable lounge chairs. Dinner leaves nothing to be desired, and the staff is very polite and helpful. There's even a juicer for breakfast. There's a theater and shops in the center. There's a free shuttle bus.

Das Majestic bietet einen hervorragenden und sehr zuvorkommenden Service! Gastfreundlichkeit wird hier groß geschrieben. Das merkten wir direkt bei der Anreise: Der persönliche Willkommensgruß auf der Tafel direkt am Eingang. Zudem war jeder Tisch mit einem persönlichen Willkommenskärtchem ausgestattet, sodass wir immer wussten, wo wir sitzen. Unser Kellner war super aufmerksam und hatte schon am zweiten Tag unsere Vorlieben berücksichtigt. So standen etwa die Flasche Wasser direkt auf dem Tisch.
Der Spa-Bereich ist modern und gemütlich zugleich. Vor allem war alles dort gepflegt und sauber. Die von uns gebuchten Wellness-Anwendungen waren allesamt super und wurden individuell, z. B. die Druckstärke der Massagen, auf uns angepasst.
Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir für unseren einwöchigen Aufenthalt brauchten.
Das war in Summe alles super und wir kommen sehr, sehr gern wieder. Dankeschön an das Majestic -Team für diese gelungene Auszeit!!!
PS: Die Entfernung zur Kronplatz-Talstation ist perfekt geeignet für den Ski-Aufenthalt! Ein Grund für uns, im Winter mal von Ahrntal zum Kronplatz zu wechseln ;-).

Die Lage ist umgeben von schöner Bergkulisse auf einem sonnigen Plateau! Perfektes Hotel für Aktivitäten wie Wandern, Golf, Tennis, Biken usw. Unser Golfurlaub mit Platzreife für Kinder war traumhaft! Haben noch nie so gut in einem Hotel gegessen! Das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich! Das Hotel eher klein und kurze Wege! We returned to this magnificent hotel for the second time. A stunning location with a spacious room, balcony, sitting area, and views of the Kronplatz. Abbiamo appena trascorso una settimana indimenticabile (2 adulti, una bimba di 3 anni e uno in arrivo nel pancione della mamma).
Accoglienza familiare, tutto il personale gentilissimo e sempre attento.
Pur non essendo puramente un hotel per famiglie, la nostra bimba di 3 anni è stata sempre trattata con gentilezza e affetto.
Massima attenzione è stata data, con la formula della mezza pensione, ad una intolleranza alimentare: il cameriere si è sempre informato degli ingredienti proponendomi valide alternative.
Menù appetitoso e mai pesante, con l’opzione di centrifughe fresche al posto del primo piatto.
Buffet di colazione, merenda e cena sempre ben fornito con prodotti di qualità e del territorio.
Al ristorante una sala è “riservata” a famiglie con bambini per non dare troppo disturbo agli altri e non sentirsi fuori luogo.
Un punto in più la piscina, metà al coperto e metà all’aperto con ampio prato fornito di sdraio e lettini.
Camera pulitissima.
Bello poter Usufruire della piscina già a l’arrivo, prima della disponibilità della camera, e poter lasciare la stanza alle 11 l’ultimo giorno di vacanza per poter godere del soggiorno fino in fondo.
Hotel a 10 minuti dal centro di Brunico di dalla stazione. Con i biglietti gratuiti del treno dati dall’hotel abbiamo potuto dimenticare la macchina.
Una super settimana di relax come non pensavo di poter fare.

Sehr aufmerksames und kompetentes Personal und Wünsche wurden schnell erfüllt. Golfplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe und Green Fee mit 2 Nächtigungen im Hotel frei!! Schöner Golfplatz und auch die Ermäßigungen für Alta Badia Golf wurde durch das Hotel perfekt organisiert und Gutscheine ausgestellt.

Ich war sehr verwundert über das gesamte Angebot. Da ich bis jetzt nur das Kempinski in St. Moritz kenne muss ich sagen das Hotel Majestic ist das Kempinski in Südtirol. Wir haben bereits für März 2018 gebucht und unsere Kinder werden mitkommen.

Frischluftraum nicht dem Standard entsprechend, leider kein Kaltbecken ... Trotzdem im Ganzen gesehen sehr empfehlenswert
